Sperm Cells (CP0068)

Description

Sperm Cells in urine are detected during urine sediment microscopy and may be seen after recent ejaculation or in certain medical conditions such as retrograde ejaculation. While occasional sperm cells in urine are usually not clinically significant, persistent presence may require evaluation for reproductive or urinary tract disorders. This parameter is assessed as part of Routine Urine Examination (R/E) when clinically indicated.
