Pre-Test Instructions:

Overnight fasting (8–12 hours) is mandatory.
Do not eat, smoke, or drink anything except water during the test period.
Blood samples are collected at:
Fasting (0 min), 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min, and 180 min after glucose load.
Standard glucose load: 75 g for adults (as per WHO guidelines).
Rest during the test period; no physical activity allowed.
