Pre-Test Instructions:

Overnight fasting (8–12 hours) is required.
Avoid smoking or vigorous exercise before and during the test.
Patient must remain in the laboratory for 2 hours or as instructed.
Blood samples are collected at:
0 min (Fasting)
30 min
60 min
120 min after consuming the glucose solution.
Glucose load: 75 g for adults (unless otherwise specified).
Inform staff if feeling dizzy or nauseous during the test.
