Description

Free Beta-hCG measures the free β-subunit of hCG in maternal serum and is essential for first-trimester Down syndrome screening. Used in the Dual Marker test with PAPP-A and NT scan, it helps assess risk for Trisomy 21 and Trisomy 18 during 11–13 weeks of pregnancy.
