Description

Dengue NS1 Antigen (ELISA) is a diagnostic blood test used for the early detection of dengue virus infection by identifying the presence of the non-structural protein 1 (NS1) antigen in the blood. This test is most useful during the acute phase of dengue infection, especially within the first 0–7 days of fever onset, when the NS1 antigen is detectable in serum. Dengue NS1 ELISA is widely used for the timely diagnosis of dengue fever, helping clinicians initiate early management and differentiate dengue from other febrile illnesses.
