Description

The Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 Antibody (IgG) test detects IgG class autoantibodies directed against β2-glycoprotein 1, a key phospholipid-binding protein. It is primarily used to diagnose Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) and evaluate unexplained thrombosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and autoimmune conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
